• All sales are final, and once placed, it cannot be reversed. We do not accept exchanges or returns as a result of the sensitive nature of the product sold. 

• Items that may have been damaged during transit will be accepted as our responsibility. However, WE DO NOT accept liability for items damaged by USPS improper handle. We will replace the item once evidence of the damaged product is provided, and the item is shipped back to us if the fault is deemed to be our own.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Please verify CORRECT ADDRESS at the time of placing your order. If your item is returned to us as non-deliverable, it will be subjected to another shipping fee.

 • We take pride in providing optimal service with orders taking 1-2 business days to ship.  Weekend shipping (Saturday only) is not always guaranteed and done on our basis. We respond to Contact Forms and emails within 24-48 hours now as staffing has reduced to ensure social distancing.. We work hard to ship orders out the same day. However, due to high volume and peak periods, it may delayed.

-Ensure your address is input correctly. We are not responsible. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

-We are NOT responsible for stolen or LOST packages.

-Due to weather and other conditions, packages may be delayed by USPS. However, this is not a likely occurrence. WE are NOT responsible for delays by USPS.

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. When we package and ship your items they are THOROUGHLY inspected to ensure quality for our customers.
